A funeral service for Ralph E. Hall Jr., 77, of Davenport, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service on Friday at the mortuary.
Mr. Hall died Monday, Feb. 11, 2019.
