A graveside funeral service for Larry D. Joiner, 68, of Davenport, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, at Rock Island National Cemetery. Those wishing to attend will meet at the Runge Mortuary, Davenport, at 10:30 a.m.
Mr. Joiner died Saturday, Dec. 8, 2018.
