A funeral service for Joan E. Williams, 86, of Davenport, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 5, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday, Nov. 4, from 4-6 p.m. at the mortuary.
Mrs. Williams died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2018.
