A Celebration of Life service for Gerald Martin "Jerry" Neff, 81, of Pleasant Valley, will be held from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, at Palmer Hills Country Club, 2617 Middle Road, Bettendorf. Parking will be available immediately to the west at Genesis Health Group. The Weerts Funeral Home, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Neff died Sunday, July 22, 2018, at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.
