A funeral service for Franklin D. Clifton, 86, of Bettendorf, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation will be Sunday, Feb. 24, from 4-7 p.m. at the mortuary.
Mr. Clifton died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019, at his home.
