A funeral service for Arlene E. Dibbern, 88, of Davenport, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at Grace United Methodist Church, Davenport. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church. The Runge Mortuary, Davenport, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Dibbern died Friday, Nov. 30, 2018.
