County juggles farm-to-market roads: Changes intended to seek funds to pave more rural roads

For the first time since 2003, Scott County supervisors this week are considering removing 13 miles of county roads from the state’s farm-to-market designation in order to add 9 miles of new farm-to-market roads targeted for resurfacing, including – one day – an unpaved stretch of Allens Grove Road.
