Bank gives tax savings bonuses with a message

As a result of the passage of the tax relief bill by Congress on Dec. 20, one business, Ohnward Bancshares, which owns First Central State Bank of DeWitt with offices in Eldridge, Long Grove and LeClaire, is giving each of its 260 employees a $1,000 holiday bonus.
