Alvin and Jeanette Korthaus of Davenport are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary. A family dinner is being planned for a later date.
Jeanette Keppy and Alvin Korthaus were married Jan. 23, 1955, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Davenport.
Their children are Jolene (Daniel) Harvey of Davenport, Glen (Deborah) Korthaus of Walcott, and Ellen (John) Vos of Leawood, Kan.
Grandchildren are Emily (Ryan) Harvey, Philip Harvey, Grant (Amanda) Korthaus, Garret (Emily) Korthaus, and Alex Vos. They have three great-grandchildren.
