Funeral services for Terry Joe Tank, 58, of Davenport, were held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 4 at the Cunnick-Collins Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Interment was in the Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Tank died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at his home surrounded by his family.
Terry Tank was born June 9, 1954, in Davenport, the son of John and Leona (Wenndt) Tank. He graduated from Davenport Central High School in 1972.
Mr. Tank worked as a machinist and assembler at Case IH prior to his retirement in 2004.
He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, both of Davenport.
His hobbies were music, wrestling, watching movies, riding his bike, lawn work, and the outdoors.
Survivors include sons, Terry Jr. and Scott, both of Davenport; five grandchildren; sisters, Shirley (Joe) Weston, Marian (Glenn) Stroupe, and Theresa (Jack) Hodges, all of Davenport, Janice Simmons, Orlando, Fla., and Sharon (John) Meister, Long Grove; and brothers, Albert, Maysville, Robert (Sharon), and Alvin (Nancy), all of Davenport, Mel, Lacon, Ill., and John Jr. (Kathy), Geneseo, Ill.
