Vernon R. Collins, 69, of Fulton, IL, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at the Alverno Health Care Facility, Clinton, Iowa.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, (today), in the McDonald Funeral Home, Fulton, Ill. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, in the McDonald Funeral Home, Fulton, Ill., with Rev. Tom Loyola of the Evangelical Free Church, Clinton, Iowa, officiating. Burial will be in the Fulton Township Cemetery, Fulton, Ill.
A memorial has been established to Second Reformed Church, Fulton, Ill., or to Medical Associates Clinton, Iowa, Diabetic Forum.
