A memorial service for Nathan Kazenske, 38, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., formerly of LeClaire, was held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12 at The Runge Mortuary, Davenport.
Mr. Kazenske died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, after a battle with brain cancer.
Nathan Kazenski was born Dec. 19, 1974, in Davenport, the son of Steven and Melody (Symmonds) Kazenske. He was 1993 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School.
He spent many years working with car audio and home audio/video at Reference in Davenport. He had worked at Audiomasters A/V in Murfreesboro. He also installed home theater systems for businesses.
His hobbies were his family, work, motorcycles, the latest gadgets, wiring, motorcycles, and restoring old garden tractors with his dad.
Memorials may be made to the family for his children’s education.
Survivors include a son, Anthony; his parents; sisters, Adrien Kazenske and Harmony (Rob) Glavin; his wife, Renee; stepdaughters, Allie and Sydney Moore; and grandparents, Joanne and Ray Schlegel.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Addie and Benny Symmonds.
