DeLores Carlson
Funeral services for DeLores J. Carlson, 79, of Bettendorf, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20 in The Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday (today) at the mortuary. Cremation will follow the service.
Mrs. Carlson died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
DeLores Stoefen was born June 3, 1933, in Davenport, the daughter of Edwin and Helen (Erps) Stoefen. She married William Carlson on Aug. 15, 1951, at Grace Lutheran Church, DeWitt.
Mrs. Carlson was formerly employed by Petersen Von Maur in Clinton, and later at the Rock Island Arsenal, retiring in 1995.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer’s Association.
Survivors include her husband; children, Debbie (Mike) McGregory, and Craig (Julie), all of Eldridge, and Lori Carlson, Bettendorf; grandchildren, Jennifer (Dave) Bayles, Melissa (Tim) Von Muenster, and Ben and Katie Carlson; and six great-grandchildren.
