8:30 p.m. – William Lackey Jr., 23, of Bettendorf, was arrested for driving under suspension and cited for operation without registration.
Tuesday, Oct. 30
10:26 a.m. – Assisted Medic with an EMS call on the 200 block of East Franklin Street.
12:16 p.m. – Responded to a report of water gushing out the base of the water tower on South 16th Avenue. The issue was transferred to the public works department.
5:55 p.m. – Responded to a report of a hit and run accident on the 200 block of South Ninth Avenue.
7:55 p.m. – Officers removed debris from the roadway at the intersection of East Blackhawk Trail and Highway 61.
7:58 p.m. – Report of a one-vehicle accident on Highway 61.
Wednesday, Oct. 31
12:00 a.m. – Assisted another agency with a traffic stop.
7:02 a.m. – Assisted Medic with an EMS call on the 800 block of West Iowa Street.
4:13 p.m. Andrea Jackson, 22, of Davenport, was arrested for driving under suspension after a traffic stop on East 90th Street.
Thursday, Nov. 1
6:10 a.m. – Officers responded to a front door alarm at 209 North Second Street.
12:02 p.m. – Assisted another agency with a traffic stop on the 400 block of East LeClaire Road.
12:51 p.m. – Responded to a parking complaint on the 300 block of West Sheridan Drive.
9:48 p.m. – There was a report of a reckless driver on 267th Street. Unable to locate.
10:22 – Disabled vehicle on the corner of East Blackhawk Trail and Highway 61. Handled by officer.
Friday, Nov. 2
2:59 a.m. – Assisted another agency with a reckless driver on Highway 61.
4:37 a.m. – Kristina Taylor, 33, of Eldridge, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear, End of Deferred Forgery.
5:30 a.m. – Report of two disabled vehicles on Highway 61.
7:21 a.m. – Assisted Medic with an EMS call on 200 East Franklin Street.
8:32 a.m. – Report of a disturbance near 200 South First Street. Handled by officer.
9:44 a.m. – Investigated possible runaway on the 600 block of West Donahue Street.
11:44 a.m. – Juvenile located on the 200 block of South First Street.
2:31 p.m. – Nicole Ingwersen, 20, of Davenport, was arrested for driving under suspension and issued a citation for no insurance.
3:07 p.m. – Recovered a shotgun from a vehicle near 200 South 1st Street
3:41 p.m. – Responded to complaint about harassing text messages.
Saturday, Nov. 3
9:31 a.m. – Assisted Medic with an EMS call on the 500 block of South 7th Street.
10:59 a.m. – Assisted Medic with an EMS call on the 200 block of East Franklin Street.
12:33 p.m. – Assisted resident who complained of receiving spam phone calls.
8:00 p.m. – Assisted Medic with an EMS call on the 300 block of West Harvest Street.
Sunday, Nov. 4
2:50 a.m. – Thomas Johnson, 24, of Woodhull, Ill., was arrested for domestic assault, second offense.
9:32 a.m. – Steven Fegeley, 42, of Decherd, Tenn., was issued citations for no valid driver’s license and speeding.
6:40 p.m. – Officers responded to a complaint of a suspicious subject on the 100 block of East Franklin Street. Unable to locate.
7:28 p.m. – Sarah Alexander, 25, of Davenport, was issued a citation for operation without registration.
7:43 p.m. – John Walton, 17, of Davenport was issued a citation for unsafe approach to certain stationary vehicles after a traffic stop on Highway 61.
