Julie Whitesell, 24, of Dixon, died in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 130 this morning.Whitesell graduated from North Scott High School in 2005.
A report released by the Scott County Sheriff’s Office early Thursday afternoon stated that the accident occurred at the 22-and-a-half mile marker of Highway 130.
Whitesell was traveling eastbound on Highway 130 when a westbound vehicle crossed the center line and struck the vehicle driven by Whitesell head on.
