Nate and Terri Hansen, Stuart, Iowa, are the parents of a son born Nov. 18, 2011, at 3:29 p.m. at Mercy Medical Center, West Des Moines.

Isaac Dean weighed 10 pounds and was 21 ½ inches long.

He is welcomed by a sister, Ada Jo, age 2 ½.

Grandparents are Kent and Marcia Paustian, Walcott, and Dean and Kay Hansen, Anita, Iowa.

Great-grandparents are Carolyn Paustian, Walcott; Viola Rock, Eldridge; Bill and Carolyn Steele, Atlantic; and Grace Hansen, Anita.
